TabTrade Broker Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

TabTrade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background matters. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. Still more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that coverage is solid.

Platforms

You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from the same login. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Getting both matters. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you have traded on MetaTrader before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural once they try it.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for bots but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is reportedly in the works. That would round things out when it lands.

Costs

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the raw spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. This broker does not.

VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not relevant to most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the area where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at a much wider range.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, it matters less. The point is the setup is serious. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get is strong. Few brokers in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.

Safety

This is the detail that requires honesty. TabTrade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not guarantee anything. It does inform your assessment.

What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that makes sense comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You put money in, TabTrade top up your balance. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before funding.

The full review, including regulation, withdrawals, more infomore info pricing, and the bonus terms, is at TradeTheDay.
